OUR SERVICES

SCDA is a not-for-profit membership corporation supporting Conservation and Development Area Authorities and Watershed Associations with agricultural water management, administration and governance.

Approvals & Project Support

Support for agricultural water management approvals, project coordination, engineering and technical work, LiDAR applications, flow modelling, easements and related project needs.

Mapping Services

Mapping support can include benefiting acres, flood and elevation mapping, landowner maps and other customized mapping for member organizations.

Governance Support

Training and assistance for governance best practices, administrative procedures, reporting, triennial elections and Court of Revision requirements.

Grant & Funding Support

Assistance with funding applications and in-house funding agreements, including advances that help member organizations move eligible projects forward.

Insurance & Administration

Member insurance options are complemented by practical administrative assistance, including applications, forms, documents and notary public services.

Legal & Organizational Support

SaskCDA provides guidance contacts and assistance with dispute resolution and mediation, alongside support for establishing or expanding member authorities.
